Fanshawe Name Tags
Staff and students can place name tag orders, by accessing the Retail Services page on the myFanshawe portal, and filling out the name tag order form (listed under Documents). Please save the form to your computer before entering your order; some browsers will allow you to fill out the form, but it will submit without data.
