Return & Exchange Policy
- Your item must have no visible signs of wear or use
- You must have your physical or digital receipt if returning your item(s) in person
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original intact packaging
- All textbook sales are final after our semester return deadline (Typically 3rd week of term)
- Digital book returns require approval from the publisher. This can take 2-7 business days. Requests are not guaranteed to be approved.
- Falcon Shop clothing must be returned or exchanged within 21 days of purchase.
- Tech and supplies must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
- Course/Program kit contents must be verified within 2 business days of purchase.
Non-Refundable Items
- Program uniforms – Exchange only within 21 days of purchase, must be in original condition
- Calculators – Exchange only, open packages will not be accepted
- Headphones/earbuds – Exchange only, open packages will not be accepted
- Stethoscopes and safety glasses – Not returnable for hygiene reasons
- Consumables – Pens, pencils, markers, notebooks, etc
- Custom/Special orders – Name tags, embroidered clothing, etc
