Retail Services Refund/Exchange Policy
 

  • No returns will be accepted during the first 2 weeks of each term
  • Original receipts (in-store or online) are required for all returns
  • Items must be in new, sellable condition, with original packaging
  • Refunds will be issued to the original card/method of payment
  • Proof of course change may be required when returning required course materials as a result of dropping a class
  • Online purchases are subject to the same return policies
  • Our staff reserve the right to refuse any refund, for any reason

Textbooks:

  • Textbook returns are only accepted during the designated returns week (typically the third week of class each term)
  • E-Resources and Digital textbooks may require confirmation from publisher before return is approved

Supplies & Tech:

  • Calculators are non-refundable – Exchange only
  • Consumable products (pens, pencils, markers, notebooks, etc.) are non-refundable
  • Tech items must be returned within 14 days of purchase
  • Opened ear-buds and headphones are non-returnable (for hygienic reasons)
  • Opened stethoscopes and safety glasses are non-returnable (for hygienic reasons)
  • Course kit contents must be verified within 48 hours. No replacement of materials will occur after 48 hours

Falcon Shop:

  • Falcon Shop items must be returned or exchanged within 21 days of purchase
  • Worn or washed items are non-returnable
  • Custom orders are non-refundable

Uniforms:

  • Program Uniforms are non-refundable – Exchange only
  • Uniforms with embroidered names are non-returnable
