Retail Services Refund/Exchange Policy



Textbooks can be returned within the first three weeks of each semester or during designated returns week.
Must be accompanied with original receipt and in new/unused condition. (Books purchased as Used are returnable)

School Supplies

Exchange only on calculators in new and unused condition.
No refunds on special order or embroidered uniform requirements.
Name Tags are non-refundable.
All returns must occur within 5 days from date of purchase. No returns on opened earbuds/headphones.
Defective products should be addresses directly with manufacturers, according to the terms of each product warranty.

Red Zone

Returns/Exchanges must be within 21 days of purchase in new/unused condition. Custom orders are non-refundable, after order has been placed.

Online Orders

Goods that are ordered online or by phone and shipped out may be returned in person to the store for merchandise credit following the guidelines.
If the merchandise is shipped back, it must be sent pre-paid at your expense within 2 weeks of receipt, in resalable condition and unused.(Books purchase as Used books are returnable.)
If courses are cancelled all attempts will be made to ensure full credit for merchandise purchased.

Method of Refund

Refunds will be issued by the same method as the original purchase, i.e. debit card, credit card, cash.
Refunds and Exchanges are issued at the discretion of Retail Services staff.
