Retail Services Refund/Exchange Policy
- No returns will be accepted during the first 2 weeks of each term
- Original receipts (in-store or online) are required for all returns
- Items must be in new, sellable condition, with original packaging
- Refunds will be issued to the original card/method of payment
- Proof of course change may be required when returning required course materials as a result of dropping a class
- Online purchases are subject to the same return policies
- Our staff reserve the right to refuse any refund, for any reason
Textbooks:
- Textbook returns are only accepted during the designated returns week (typically the third week of class each term)
- E-Resources and Digital textbooks may require confirmation from publisher before return is approved
Supplies & Tech:
- Calculators are non-refundable – Exchange only
- Consumable products (pens, pencils, markers, notebooks, etc.) are non-refundable
- Tech items must be returned within 14 days of purchase
- Opened ear-buds and headphones are non-returnable (for hygienic reasons)
- Opened stethoscopes and safety glasses are non-returnable (for hygienic reasons)
- Course kit contents must be verified within 48 hours. No replacement of materials will occur after 48 hours
Falcon Shop:
- Falcon Shop items must be returned or exchanged within 21 days of purchase
- Worn or washed items are non-returnable
- Custom orders are non-refundable
Uniforms:
- Program Uniforms are non-refundable – Exchange only
- Uniforms with embroidered names are non-returnable
