Retail Services Refund Policy

All returns require original receipt and must be in new condition.

Textbooks

Returns within the first 3 weeks of each semester (of which the book was purchased) or during designated returns week.

School Supplies

Exchange only on calculators in new and unused condition.
No refunds on course uniform requirements.

Tech Zone

All returns must occur within 5 days from date of purchase. No returns on opened earbuds/headphones (for hygienic reasons).
Defective products should be addressed directly with manufacturers, according to the terms of each product warranty.

Red Zone

Returns must be within 21 days of purchase. Custom orders are non-refundable, after order has been placed.

Online Orders

Goods that are ordered online or by phone and shipped out may be returned in person to the store for merchandise credit following the guidelines herein. If the merchandise is shipped back it must be sent pre-paid at your expense within 2 weeks of receipt, in mint condition and unused. If courses are cancelled all attempts will be made to ensure full credit for merchandise purchased.

Method of Refund

Refunds will be issued by the same method as the original purchase, i.e. debit card, credit card, cash.

Refunds are issued at the discretion of Retail Services staff.
